Julian Hebden is an independent consultant with a track record of leading the data divisions of big organizations in the public and private sector. From 2017 to 2022, Julian was the Chief Data Officer for the Australian state of Victoria, helping the state government to use data to make informed decisions affecting many aspects of the lives of 7 million people. Julian also served as the Head of Big Data at Telstra for almost 8 years and has held senior management roles at HM Revenue & Customs, the UK’s tax collection agency, and at T-Mobile UK.
