Elena Hlynovskaya is the Fraud Management & Revenue Assurance Manager of Kcell, a mobile operator with over 10mn customers in Kazakhstan. She is an experienced telco manager who is skilled in process improvement, fraud prevention, RA and internal control.
The achievements of Elena’s team include the reduction of simbox fraud by 95 percent, and the keeping of leakages from telecommunication and internal fraud to below 0.1 percent of total revenue.
Before she joined Kcell in 2002, Elena trained and worked as a computer programmer. In 2011 she obtained an MBA from the Blekinge Institute of Technology.
