Greg Tack is the Head of Operations and Commercial for Telstra. Based in London, he leads teams in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia that are responsible for all aspects of Telstra’s Voice Commercial Operations, including: voice routing, pricing, quality and risk management, fraud mitigation, deal approval, business strategy, budget and reporting.
Prior to joining Telstra, Greg spent eight years at Verizon where he managed mobile routing.
Greg is a committed supporter of industry collaboration to tackle fraud, taking an active interest in the ways Telstra can protect phone users from scams both through its international wholesale network and its retail business in Australia. He has a passion for coaching and developing teams that cut through business complexity to find processes and solutions that drive business growth.
Greg is a graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he studied engineering.
