James Brown, Thames Water

James Brown is Head of Billing for Thames Water in the UK. He is responsible for the meter to cash journey within the business, ensuring process excellence and customer satisfaction in directly and non-directly billed customer segments, and is also responsible for 3rd party customer service relationships and performance across multiple sites.

Prior to joining Thames Water, he spent nine years working for British Gas with experience across the organisation as Head of Store Sales and as Commercial head of Internal Channels to Head of Metering and Billing Operations, and global solution lead for the delivery of a centralised operational support network.
