John Cunningham is a Director of Fraud Management Operations and Corporate Security at US telco CenturyLink. CenturyLink is the second largest US communications provider to global enterprise customers, with a customer base that extends across more than 60 countries.
John has over three decades of experience at fighting telecommunications fraud. In CenturyLink he is responsible for the prevention, investigation, and mitigation of fraud schemes perpetrated against CenturyLink and its customers.
John also represents CenturyLink on industry robocall committees, including the Traceback, Mitigation and Enforcement committee. He actively works with his peers across the industry, and has long been an active member of the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA).
John is a graduate of Kent State University.
