Kathryn Garland is the Fraud & Revenue Assurance Manager at JT Group. Founded in 1888, JT is the oldest and largest telecoms operator in the Channel Islands, as well as being active in the international marketplace through emerging areas such as the Internet of Things (IoT) where JT now provides cellular connectivity and remote management of devices around the globe.
Kathryn has a wide variety of experience within JT Group, having moved from Billing through to Financial Analysis and Regulatory Accounting prior to taking up her current role.
Kathryn takes a risk-based approach and is currently focussing on implementing core revenue assurance controls for mobile, fixed and broadband services, whilst ensuring these controls are low-cost/low-resource. She is working hard on stakeholder engagement and support whilst trying to strike a balance between the risks and opportunities for revenue assurance in a small telco.
