Krista Saarinen is the Director of Fraud Management at Canadian operator Rogers. She is an industry recognised expert with extensive knowledge of fraud and other risks impacting communications providers. Krista is both experienced and effective in communicating to a wide audience, both within Rogers and externally with vendors and industry peers.
In addition to her responsibilities at Rogers, Krista is Vice chair of the GSMA Fraud and Security Group. She is also an active contributor to the fraud, risk and revenue management working groups of the CFCA and TM Forum.
At Rogers Krista oversees the wireless, cable and home phone loss prevention teams. This makes her responsible for day to day operations of fraud prevention, detection, real-time monitoring of the network, and fraud systems administration.
Krista graduated as a Bachelor of Technology from Ryerson University.
