Martyn Jones, Virgin Mobile

Martyn Jones is the Revenue Assurance & Business Intelligence Manager for Virgin Mobile’s Middle Eastern and African operating companies. Working from his base in the United Arab Emirates, Martyn provides assurance and analysis of the revenues and margins generated by Virgin Mobile’s services in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait.

Prior to joining Virgin Mobile in 2017, Martyn spent almost 7 years at Vodafone, where he worked in business intelligence and revenue assurance. He received numerous awards from Vodafone in recognition of his contribution. Martyn also has been employed by Telefónica UK, attentiv systems and Entertainment UK.

Martyn is an experienced professional with a track record of delivering commercial advantage through deployment of operational improvements that have increased revenue, reduced financial loss exposure, enhanced customer experience and provided accurate data for decision making. He is a self-motivated individual who is able to work effectively on his own initiative or as part of a wider team. Martyn is able to communicate concisely at all levels to a wide ranging group of business stakeholders.

Martyn is a graduate of the University of Wales with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
