19 March 2018 Neural Technologies has signed a contract to become an annual Foundation sponsor of the Risk and Assurance Group (RAG). This is the third year running that they are dedicated to supporting RAG’s objectives to create awareness and make changes for the good in the telecoms risk business.
Their support to RAG will see Neural Technologies representatives join RAG’s four yearly global events, where they will network and build relationships.
Neural Technologies provides products in the areas of revenue management and digital integration. Their Optimus® products and solutions protects business revenue in the telecoms and financial industries. The company was founded in 1990 and has global presence in 45 countries worldwide.
Rob Chapman, RAG Chairman said:
We are pleased to have the support of Neural Technologies as a yearly foundation sponsor once again. Their contribution over the past two years has helped RAG achieve objectives, with Hayley Daniels, Senior Risk Consultant contributing time to the RAG committee. We are looking forward to working with Neural once again.
Andrew Tan, CTO said:
For Neural Technologies revenue management and the associated risks are very high on our radar and have been for 27 years. We were proud to become the first Foundation sponsor of RAG and are delighted to continue to support their efforts to improve the practices of risk, assurance and fraud management. Our experience of RAG has been of an interactive and supportive community that has the ability to bring a range of parties together to work towards the collective goal of educating and supporting CSPs. Neural Technologies are excited to continue as an active member of this community, to share our ideas at events, to engage with professionals and to understand the latest risks. RAG and their events assists us in absorbing the insight and knowledge that enables us to continue as a leader in this area.
Claus Nielsen, VP, Marketing added:
We at Neural Technologies believe that the quality of RAG events and the information gleaned from those events is far and away superior to the other industry events for RA. It’s modus operandi as a not for profit organisation and being run by the industry, for the industry, makes RAG stand apart as a forum that is genuinely geared towards helping alleviate issues within revenue management – and is not restricted by the commercial chains that other organisations suffer from. From a vendor point of view, being able to attend and present at a safe environment where ‘selling’ is not permitted, is invaluable for us because it allows for honest and collaborative debate and advice on where we can improve our portfolios so that we are effectively resolving new customer issues.
Notes to Editors
The Risk & Assurance Group (RAG) is dedicated to improving the practice of risk management, business assurance, fraud management and security within the providers of electronic communications services. RAG is a not-for-profit corporation run by unpaid volunteers who all boast extensive experience of risk and assurance work within communications providers. We seek to facilitate the education and networking of expert professionals to improve standards of performance, reduce waste, and better serve customers. Practitioners working for telcos and regulators may attend our events free of charge; financial support is provided by specialist vendors with an interest in highlighting the importance of the work done in this field, and in expanding its remit.
