Sponsorship Opportunities, Fees and Benefits

RAG is seeking sponsors for the our next cycle of four conferences, which will be held over an approximate 12-month period starting as soon as lockdown restrictions are lifted. This cycle will involve conferences held on four different continents, following the same pattern established by previous conference cycles.

 

 

Overview of the Annual Sponsorship Tiers

There are three tiers for annual sponsors: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The fees for the new cycle are as follows.

  • Gold: USD21,000
  • Silver: USD11,000
  • Bronze: USD6,000

All annual sponsors are advertised at RAG conferences. Their representatives may attend at no extra charge. Delegate lists are provided to sponsors shortly after each conference has concluded.

These are the key differences between the tiers.

  • Gold sponsors receive the most prominent advertising on the RAG website, RAG conferences and RAG’s monthly e-newsletters. They are invited to give a presentation at each conference.
  • Silver sponsors receive less prominent advertising on the RAG website, RAG conferences and RAG’s monthly e-newsletters. One of their representatives will be invited to join a suitable panel discussion at each conference.
  • Bronze sponsors are only advertised at RAG conferences. None of their representatives will have the opportunity to address the audience.

Gold Annual Sponsorship Details

Gold annual sponsors pay fees totaling USD21,000, split into instalments. Fees will be converted into a different currency where convenient for both RAG and the sponsor.

Gold sponsors receive the most prominent advertising of their business. The business of a Gold sponsor will be promoted as follows:

  • The sponsor’s logo will be shown on the home page of the RAG website
  • A dedicated webpage will be created for the sponsor on the RAG website
  • The sponsor’s logo will be shown near the top of email newsletters circulated to RAG subscribers on a monthly basis
  • The sponsor’s name or logo will be shown on physical banners and electronic signage at each conference
  • The sponsor’s name or logo will be shown on conference brochures and emails sent to conference registrants
  • If a conference host is willing and able to provide space, Gold sponsors will have the first choice of whether to have a demonstration stand at the conference

RAG will invite Gold sponsors to provide a presentation that is relevant to the interest of audiences at each conference. The presentation will be up to 40 minutes in duration, including the time for audience interaction.

Gold sponsors may send several representatives to attend each conference. The exact number will depend on the venue capacity and demand for seats, but RAG will not limit the number of attendees if there is sufficient room and the size of the delegation is not so large as to be unfair to other sponsors.

Gold sponsors will receive a list of conference attendees shortly after the end of each conference. The sponsor must agree to RAG’s data protection terms.

 

Silver Annual Sponsorship Details

Silver annual sponsors pay fees totaling USD11,000, split into instalments. Fees will be converted into a different currency where convenient for both RAG and the sponsor.

Silver sponsors are advertised less prominently than Gold sponsors but more prominently than other sponsors. The business of a Silver sponsor will be promoted as follows:

  • The sponsor’s logo will be shown on the home page of the RAG website
  • A dedicated webpage will be created for the sponsor on the RAG website
  • The sponsor’s logo will be shown near the top of email newsletters circulated to RAG subscribers on a monthly basis
  • The sponsor’s name or logo will be shown on physical banners and electronic signage at each conference
  • The sponsor’s name or logo will be shown on conference brochures and emails sent to conference registrants
  • If a conference host is willing and able to provide space, and the space has not all been taken by Gold sponsors, Silver sponsors will be invited to have a demonstration stand at the conference

RAG will invite one representative of each Silver sponsor to participate in a panel discussion at each conference. RAG will choose the topic of the panel discussion whilst being mindful of the sponsor’s areas of expertise. Panel discussions vary in duration, with larger panels taking longer, but each panel lasts at least 30 minutes.

Silver sponsors may send several representatives to attend each conference. The exact number will depend on the venue capacity and demand for seats, but RAG will not limit the number of attendees if there is sufficient room and the size of the delegation is not so large as to be unfair to other sponsors.

Silver sponsors will receive a list of conference attendees shortly after the end of each conference. The sponsor must agree to RAG’s data protection terms.

 

Bronze Annual Sponsorship Details

The fee for Bronze annual sponsors is USD6,000, payable in advance. The fee will be converted into a different currency where convenient for both RAG and the sponsor.

Bronze sponsors are advertised less prominently than other sponsors. The business of a Bronze sponsor will be promoted as follows:

  • The sponsor’s name or logo will be shown on physical banners and electronic signage at each conference
  • The sponsor’s name or logo will be shown on conference brochures and emails sent to conference registrants

Bronze sponsors may send several representatives to attend each conference. The exact number will depend on the venue capacity and demand for seats, but RAG will not limit the number of attendees if there is sufficient room and the size of the delegation is not so large as to be unfair to other sponsors.

Bronze sponsors will receive a list of conference attendees shortly after the end of each conference. The sponsor must agree to RAG’s data protection terms.

 

Sponsoring a Single RAG Conference

Opportunities to sponsor individual conferences are only made available if there is sufficient capacity to accommodate more sponsors than have already signed annual sponsorship deals. As a consequence, there were no opportunities to sponsor an individual conference at the Gold or Silver tier during the last cycle of events.

Rates vary depending on demand, but generally the fees for an annual sponsor reflect a 50 percent discount relative to the fee for a one-off sponsor of a single conference.

The benefits of sponsoring an individual conference are equivalent to the Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers for annual sponsors, except that the sponsor’s business is not promoted outside of the single conference they have sponsored.
