17 April 2018 Symbox, trusted partners to some of the world’s leading businesses, has chosen to become one of the annual Foundation sponsors of the Risk & Assurance Group (RAG). They join five other market leading providers that support RAG’s activities on an ongoing basis.
With a no-code platform that rapidly maps operating models and key business processes, Symbox are at the forefront of digital transformation. This allows telcos and other businesses to identify key decision points and opportunities for improvement.
Sponsorship of RAG means Symbox will participate in each of the next four international conferences to be organised by RAG. The first of these will be RAG London on April 24th and 25th. Well-known former telco revenue assurance manager Paul Davies, now the leader of Symbox’s RA practice, will talk about creating automated simulations to conduct process assurance.
RAG Chairman Rob Chapman welcomed Symbox to the RAG family:
The entire RAG team is proud to have Symbox as a Foundation sponsor. Their support will enable RAG to bring our unique blend of educational events and online services to more telcos around the world. Like us, Symbox is an innovator, pushing back the boundaries of what can be accomplished by telco risk and assurance practitioners. They share our belief that technology should be used to provide a platform that gives telco managers deeper insights into the complex operations of their companies, exposing the flaws and weaknesses that interrupt revenues and damage the bottom line.
We believe Symbox will be a great addition to the agenda of our conferences. By choosing to become a Foundation sponsor they have given a vote of confidence in RAG’s mission to drive increased investment in telecoms risk and assurance, alongside five other leading international vendors. Each of those vendors adds something different to the mix, and we are thrilled that Symbox will be teaching our audience about the benefits of agile automation.
Paul Davies, Delivery Manager responsible for Symbox’s Revenue Assurance Practice, said:
Symbox have been a committed member of the Risk & Assurance Group for several years and are now proud to be a Foundation sponsor.
As Telco’s continue to evolve, transform and change, primarily driven by advances in technology, risks inevitably increase, amplifying weaknesses in your end to end processes. This directly impacts your revenues and bottom line. Here at Symbox we recognise these challenges and are keen to work with Revenue Assurance teams to push back the boundaries; empowering users with instant insight, analytics and intelligence at their fingertips.
The RAG events provide the opportunity to meet with like-minded professionals in the industry and discuss/debate current and future risks in the assurance agenda. We aim to assist RAG in their continuing efforts to achieve their objectives, in a forum that is open and dedicated to educating telcos on improving their practices.
We look forward to participating in this year’s international conferences and taking the brakes off change.
